Pricing and payments

1. Upon payment from the customer requesting the service the following terms and services will be applied.
2. Payment for all known base fees and any other known charges will be due upon delivery of the container.   
3. The customer's credit or debit card numbers will be kept on file in case there are further fees or charges that may need to be applied.  

Other possible fees

1. Block fee $100, customers are responsible for having suitable access to the delivery location of the container.
2. Mitigation fee, this fee will reflect the cost of any additional manpower, equipment or cost associated with excessive overloading of the dumpster. ex:  extra dumpster, manpower or equipment.
3. Improper materials fee? Land fill fee for improper materials,
4. Extra tonnage fee
5. Dry run fee
6. Cancellation fee

Responsibilities

1. The customer has sole responsibility to provide a strong enough area to bear all the weight of the equipment, vehicles and containers.
2. Pink Box Containers will not be responsible for any damage's to surfaces that may occur due to any reasonable route to perform the agreed upon duties and services.
3. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages associated to the placement of the container.

Prohibited items

1. Any hazardous materials.
2. We are not accepting any concrete, dirt, or any other similar aggregates at this time. Ex: Sand, soil, rock, clay, pebbles, gravel, asphalt, or stone.
3. Tires, batteries, paint, propane tanks, computers, ect...
